Your profile stores the identity other users see in comments, run history, and audit logs. Keeping it accurate speeds up collaboration and helps security teams map actions to real people.

Personal information

Update:
  • Display name – shown in UI and notifications
  • Email – primary login identifier where your workspace uses email-based auth
  • Avatar – optional image from your SSO provider or uploaded file (policy-dependent)
Some fields sync from your identity provider when SSO is enforced; inline edits may be disabled—request changes through IT if values are wrong.

Preferences

Depending on deployment, you may set:
  • Default workspace or landing page after login
  • Locale and time display formats for schedules you read in the UI
  • Editor preferences for pipeline JSON/YAML when applicable
Align your profile time zone with where you interpret cron schedules most often; pipeline time zones are still set per schedule.

If your email changes, verify re-invitations to shared resources and update any external runbooks that reference your old address.
